Currently we have 500 vehicles in stock, so we can offer our Clients sales as well as short-term and long-term rental. A well-developed service network and spare parts logistics makes it possible for us to reach even the most distant places in Poland. Cooperation with Manitou, the world leader in agricultural vehicles, construction and industrial vehicles production was a real success. We quickly became the largest dealer of the brand in Poland. The scope of vehicles available for the Client covers not only Diesel and gas front loading forklifts, but also electric, rough terrain forklifts, telehandlers as well as boom lifts. They are highly recognised among our Clients. We also manufacture modular cabins of our own structure for all the kinds of forklifts. The cabins are equipped with multiple facilities, such as air-conditionig and heating, rear window and windscreen wipers, special motor dampening systems and many others.
Modernity is one of the drive wheels at Lemarpol. Almost since the very beginning of our operations we have focused on modern solutions. Owing to the new seat of the company at the Economic Activity Zone in Zator, we have perfected the preparation processes of the vehicles sold. Moreover, we have bought new machines and equipment which facilitate and shorten the production process, sales and maintenance. We have also put in order the work in our workhops per Lean Management procedures. The introduction of new Comotel software was also of importance – it integrates all the processes in the company.
We do not rest on our laurels. We assess the situation with an impartial eye. Lemarpol’s strategy involves the principle that even though it’s fine, things can always get better. There are many elements to improve and perfect. One of the most important goals for the nearest future is to widen the scope of short-term and long-term rental to include “full-service”. This is a great challenge and opportunity for our company. More and more entities show interest in commissioning professional to render full technical service. We are hoping to acquire more Clients in the segment.
Despite the spectacular development and success, we are still faithful to our business DNA. We are still a company with Polish capital, for whom good atmosphere, fair labour conditions and healthy business rules are of utmost importance. The award winners of the first Edition of Best Managed Companies Poland 2022 were presented during the spectacular gala on 8th June in Warsaw. We were awarded among 18 Polish companies!
Best Managed Companies is a private event founded in 1993 by Deloitte Private in Canada. Its Polish edition started in 2022. The main goal of the event is to find Polish private companies that achieve great results owing to best management standards.
Modern times characterised by dynamic changes require effective leaders. Private companies owners know that. Are they still able to impartially assess the efficiency of their company management and point out the areas that need to be streamlined? Answers to the questions are given during workshops under “Best Managed Companies”.
